We are so excited to be holding our first Āhei workshop in the Hawke's Bay, hosted by Samantha Northcott from Find Balance Nutrition and Wellbeing.

This workshop will be covering EVERYTHING we know about uncomplicating your relationship with food and your body. Binge eating? Emotional eating? Unwanted eating habits and challenges? This is for you. During the workshop, we'll share the four evidence-based frameworks that underpin our work (Health At Every Size (HAES), Intuitive Eating, Te Whare Tapa Whā and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy).

We'll share tips and tools from these frameworks that will help you to:

+ Really love eating - without guilt or confusion.

+ Reconnect with your hunger and fullness cues.

+ Trust yourself with your decisions around food.

+ End the cycle of restriction, overeating and guilt.
